Our target

ettebiz.ai aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with the intent of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Empowerment Through Technology & Education, Inc. (ETTE) is committed to keeping this site perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors, including people using assistive technology.

What we've implemented

• Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a logical heading hierarchy on every page
• Full keyboard operability, including the mobile navigation toggle, FAQ accordion, readiness check, and contact form
• Visible focus indicators throughout
• ARIA attributes where they add clarity: aria-expanded and aria-controls on disclosure controls, aria-current on active navigation, aria-live on the readiness check's updating score, and labeled form fields with inline, programmatically associated error messages
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion — animations are effectively disabled for visitors who request reduced motion
• Text alternatives for meaningful imagery, and interfaces that don't rely on color alone
• Responsive layouts that reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling
